This painting was inspired by a nice walk I did along Skerries Beach, in Ireland, on a nice spring day. The flowers were in full bloom along the beach, with pink and yellow colours. The painting is part of my series Take a Break, which brings the viewer to different relaxing places. On the painting, people are walking along the beach, enjoying the break, surrounding by the calm of the sea and the brightness of the flowers, which are blossoming from sand, an uneasy soil for flowers to grow. Menacing clouds appears in the sky. This painting is about growing personally and enjoying life, even in difficult times and difficult environments.
